Ka’hryn has been no stranger to the spotlight. Since 2003, Ka’hryn has held seven (7) pageant titles including becoming the first African-American Miss Cities of America Teen. Grooming for the music industry her entire life, Ka’hryn maintains the same level of commitment and dedication in her music career. In the year since winning her crown, Ka’hryn has coupled with Atlanta-based indie label, First Born Music and Entertainment, to record her debut single, HataBlockaz, which has begun to make its own mark at radio, on the Internet, and among DJ’s across the country.
Ka’hryn’s single HataBlockaz and the flip-side, Excuses featuring label-mate, ROB-U, has charted on several websites consistently since March, 2007, including American Idol Underground, UBL, GarageBand, and others. Additionally, with several radio stations across the South spinning her single, and record pools across the entire country giving positive feedback on her songs, Ka’hryn is further inspired to make her dreams of becoming a multi-faceted entertainer in music and film, and a prolific songwriter, come true. |
